02. Product Descriptions & Artisan Craftsmanship
At NB जेवर & JEWELS, each jewelry piece is handcrafted using high-grade precious metals, gemstones, and fine simulants.
Visual Representation
We display high-resolution imagery. Slight color variances may occur due to screen settings or lighting conditions.
Weight & Tolerance
As each piece is individually crafted, minor variations (+/- 5%) in metal weight or gemstone dimensions may occur.
03. Pricing, Payment & Orders
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices or cancel orders affected by pricing or typographical errors.
- Order confirmation emails indicate receipt of order request and do not constitute final acceptance.
- Full payment must be authorized prior to shipping.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders suspected of unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
04. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver shipments using insured courier services. Estimated dispatch dates are provided upon checkout. While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays caused by weather, customs, remote addresses, or courier logistics are beyond our direct control.
05. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content—including logos, product names, bespoke jewelry designs, images, typography, and text—is the exclusive intellectual property of NB जेवर & JEWELS. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
06. Limitation of Liability
